My First Skirt!

I spent all weekend working on my first ever skirt! It is made like a skirt I bought at Target a while back. I am so proud! I had no idea how to do an invisible zipper, but it wasn't too hard. I did get it a little tight toward the top and I have to do a little grunting to get it to zip past this one spot. Anyway... without further ado... my new skirt!!

(The pictures were taken on my cell phone, so they're not the best quality in the world, but they'll do.)

The front:

The back:

And the inside of the front pleat:

I didn't get a picture of the zipper on the side but it is PERFECT if I do say so myself. :) I am so thrilled with how it turned out!

  3. Thanks! :)

No, I didn't use a pattern. I just traced the different pieces of the skirt I had and looked at how it was made. It was actually pretty easy.
